Moss and Collect extend your entrance toolkit with two useful products. Moss brings richer colour and a softer, premium feel for interiors, while Collect tackles grit at the door when sites are exposed to the weather or lobbies are short on space. Pair them to build a simple, effective clean-zone sequence: scrape outside, absorb inside.

What you’ll learn:

  • Two new entrance options: Moss (interior absorber) and Collect (exterior scraper).
  • Design freedom: Moss offers rich, premium colours; works standalone or as an insert in architectural matting.
  • Performance pairing: Collect scrapes grit outside, Moss absorbs moisture inside – creating a simple two-stage clean zone.
  • Durable, low-impact materials: Moss uses ECONYL nylon; both products are PVC-free with polyurethane backings.
  • Practical entranceways: Collect extends the clean zone when lobbies are shallow.
  • Easy installs: Easy installation as a glued down entry carpet or a loose laid mat. We recommend Collect is done as a loose laid mat for exterior locations to allow for drainage.
  • Better life cycle outcomes: Fewer contaminants inside, reduced scuffing, and lower cleaning and maintenance costs.

Moss brings rich, sophisticated colours for entry carpet and matt inserts

Advance has added Moss to the entrance toolkit, a plush, design-forward carpet that looks high-end and still does the hard work of trapping dirt and absorbing moisture. Its softer pile, compared with traditional polyamide matting, gives the material a quietly luxurious feel underfoot.

Moss can be detailed as a standalone entry carpet or as an insert within Advance’s architectural matting systems, giving specifiers flexibility across lobbies, galleries, boutique retail settings and premium workplace receptions.

It elevates design at the main entry, with a wider range of design colours – from neutral charcoal and slate grey to a variety of bolder colours, including ruby red and pine green.

Moss uses ECONYL® nylon, regenerated from waste streams, supporting low-impact specifications. And while the finish looks luxurious, the pricing is the same as our Symphony2 entrance carpet.

Collect helps to stopping dirt entering a building

Advance has also introduced Collect, a non-absorbent exterior mat designed to scrape off dirt before it is tracked inside. The coarse abrasive fibre does a good job of scraping off sand and grit outside the building, making it ideal for sites with a higher level of outdoor surface grit.

Collect is a simple way to extend the cleaning zone outside when there is not enough depth in the lobby for effective shoe cleaning. Collect helps remove more grit before people enter a building, to avoid interior floor surfaces getting scuffed and damaged, and reduce cleaning and maintenance bills.

You can team Collect with an interior absorber (for example, Moss) to create a two-stage system that handles both grit and moisture. Fewer contaminants inside means cleaner and safer, to prevent slips and keep interiors floor finishes looking clean over the long term.

For both Moss and Collect, a PU backing ensures durability and resistance to wear, while making them easier to install. Both products are PVC-free.
